Our Referral Role and Compensation

Last updated: October 2026

Before discussing your driveway or patio plans, you should understand Removehelps Concrete's role and how we may earn money. This disclosure is a general template, not legal advice.

What Happens When You Reach Out

Removehelps Concrete operates a referral and marketing service connecting homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour driveways, build patios, stamp or seal concrete, or perform construction of any kind.

When you use the site's phone number or submit a form, the call or request may go to an independent provider or a marketing partner working with providers in your area.

Payments for Making Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Removehelps Concrete for calls, submitted forms or other referrals. Payment amounts can depend on factors such as whether a call is answered or how long it lasts. We may receive payment even when you choose not to hire the provider.

That compensation does not affect the price the provider quotes. For work you agree to, you pay the provider directly at prices they set.

Who Is Responsible for the Work

Providers are independent businesses, not employees, agents or partners of Removehelps Concrete. Each provider has sole responsibility for:

• Estimates, prices and terms
• Work quality and completion timing
• Licenses and insurance
• Communication and conduct toward you

A referral does not represent an endorsement or a promise about a provider's work. Our payment arrangements mean the provider you reach may depend on which businesses are participating in our network at that time.

Deciding Whether to Hire

You have no obligation to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, review credentials, request a written estimate and compare quotes from other providers before making your decision.

Tracking and Recording Calls

Calls through this website may be tracked and, in some instances, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
