How to Tell Us Something Went Wrong
Last updated: October 2026
Fair treatment matters when you contact Removehelps Concrete. If your experience falls short, let us know. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Concerns We Can Hear About
You can raise concerns about:
- Your experience using our phone number or messaging us
- How your personal information was handled
- Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
When the Concern Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are separate businesses responsible for their own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If the issue concerns work at your home, bring it to the provider first and keep a written record of the discussion.
Please also share the concern with us. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Removehelps Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or act for that provider.
Details to Send
Email your complaint to contact@removehelps.skin. Include:
- Your name and contact details
- When you contacted Removehelps Concrete or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if remembered
- The provider's name, if known
- A brief account of the issue and what you would like us to do
How We Handle Your Message
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, generally within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply will explain what we found and any action we intend to take.
Asking for Another Look
If our reply leaves the matter unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also approach your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For concerns involving licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
